Things to do in Bogor
Bogor is a peaceful town in Indonesia. The Prime Minister also maintains residence in Bogor. Getting to Bogor is pretty easy as one can take the train from the Kota Tua Train Station in Jakarta, Indonesia and Bogor is the last train station.
The trip would be about an hour or so.
Upon reaching Bogor, there are several modes of transport. You can take the mobil, usually colored green to take you to your destination. Motorcycles are also parked which you can hire.
Malls are also nearby if you want to buy some goods for your trip.
Here are some of the things you can do while in Bogor, Indonesia:
1. Visit the wet market and check the malls around the town.

2. Meet the locals and try the street food you find along the way as you walk down the streets from the train station. There is an overpass you can take to go to the other side of the road.
3. Visit the Botanical Garden which is popular in Indonesia. You can check out different species of flowers and orchids.
One notable part of the Botanical Garden is the Mexican Garden. The plant species here are unique and not very common in most botanical gardens.
